Payment methods

The online store SimpleYou.gr offers the following payment options for your order to provide you with the best service.

At Simple You the security of online shopping is something fundamental so all transactions are carried out through secure payment systems and confidential payment details are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the bank. We use SSL certificates online transaction security certificates: Verifiedby VISA, and MasterCardSecureCode.

The payment methods cannot be used in combination for the payment of the same order.

Credit or debit card

SimpleYou.gr accepts the following cards: Visa, VisaElectron, MasterCard, Amex, and Apple Pay, with absolute security. Debit card payments are billed in real-time.

Cash on delivery

(Valid for Greece only)

In this case, the payment is made upon delivery of your order to the Elta Courier company, and you are charged €1 which is the Cash on Delivery cost for shipments within Greece.

We inform our customers that if an order is not received, subsequent orders should be made exclusively by using a debit/credit card or bank deposit.

Bank Deposit

If you are hesitant or unfamiliar with the online payment process by credit, debit or prepaid card, for your convenience Simple You provides you with the option to complete your purchase by making your payment by Bank Deposit.

The deposit can be made either by traditional methods (payment at an ATM, payment at a Bank cashier) or electronically, if you have e-banking.

The process is extremely short and simple:

1. When completing your order, select Bank Deposit as the payment method. The screen will show you the Simple You payment details that you need to use when depositing the exact amount of the order.

2. Deposit the amount corresponding to your order, to the Simple You Bank Account. When depositing the money in your Bank, please provide the "Οrder number" as the reason for the transaction as well as the Name you have declared as the person charging the order.
3. Once you have made the deposit, you must inform us by sending us an e-mail (contact@simpleyou.gr) with your name, the order number, the total amount as well as the date and the bank where you made the deposit.

The deposit must be made within three (3) working days from the day of the order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited within this period, your order will be cancelled.

Commercial Invoice

For a commercial invoice, write in the "Add order note" field on your cart page, the necessary information for issuing the invoice and follow the next steps to complete the purchase and pay.
